Lucky Games Receives International Certification from GLI

LL Lucky Games AB has received certification from Gaming Laboratories Europe BV (GLI) for its random number generator (RNG), that further solidifies its position as a key player in the iGaming platform sector.

GLI has completed its evaluation of the random number generator by Lucky Games. The random number generator was evaluated against the RNG-specific requirements of the following technical standards, with a successful result: Pass.

– UK Remote (Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards June 2017 – Testing Strategy for Compliance with Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards November 2018).

– Malta Online (L.N. 243 of 2018 Gaming Act CAP. 583 Gaming Authorisations Regulations, 2018 – Directive 2 of 2018 Player Protection Directive).

This procedure is an integral part of Lucky Games commitment towards guaranteeing that operators using the platform can offer their customers a responsible and fair gaming experience, as well as a requirement necessary to comply with regulatory frameworks.

8 new titles mark a record year for Lucky Games

Throughout the course of 2020, LL Lucky Games AB released 8 new games and accelerated its product development cycle. The number of new game releases was higher than ever before in 2020.

The portfolio spans a range of video slot games, including Ruler of Egypt, Valhôll Hall of The Slain and Weight of the Gun. A key aspect of Lucky Games success is its ability to regularly release new games.

“The game portfolio has shown rapid growth during 2020 and we see a promising growth potential going forward, including a strong pipeline of new games,” says Mads Verner Jorgensen, CEO of Lucky Games.

In 2021, the company has pledged to release more games and get even closer to the partners and the players. A whole host of new games are scheduled for rollout during 2021.

Lucky Games has completed a private placement of SEK 5 million prior to IPO and strengthens organization with new board members

Through the private placement, LL Lucky Games AB will receive SEK 5 million before transaction costs. The purpose of the capital raising is to finance licensing and the IPO process. The private placement has been subscribed for by selected Swedish investors.


“We are pleased with the great interest in participating in the capital raising, which gives us the opportunity to take the Company further through the next step in the development towards IPO,” says Mads Verner Jorgensen, CEO of Lucky Games.


Lucky Games has decided to apply for listing of the Company’s share during Q1 2021. The process will be carried out in collaboration with Blasieholmen Investment Group. Blasieholmen invests in growth companies and has completed over 20 IPOs worth approximately SEK 6 billion.
The company continues to strengthen its organization by appointing Claes Kalborg and Carl Falkenberg as new board members.


Claes Kalborg – over 20 years of experience from rights and trademark licensing in film, television, and games. Claes was involved in building Rovio around Angry Bird’s global licensing business and has held the same position at King in London as globally responsible for brand licensing of Candy Crush. Since 2014, Claes is mainly active as an investor and board member as well as in IPOs in the gaming sector.

Carl Falkenberg – background in retail banking for SEB for 25 years with a focus on the corporate market. Several leadership roles, of which the last years as CEO of SEB A / S in Copenhagen. Carl currently runs his own business in corporate transactions with a focus on sales as well as board work and investments. He has experience in leadership consulting and project management and has a master’s degree in economics from the universities of Lund and Stockholm.

Lucky Games har genomfört en riktad emission om 5 MSEK inför IPO samt förstärker organisation med nya styrelseledamöter

Genom den riktade nyemissionen tillförs LL Lucky Games AB 5 MSEK före transaktionskostnader. Syftet med kapitalanskaffningen är att finansiera licensiering och IPO-process. Den riktade nyemissionen har tecknats av utvalda svenska investerare.

”Vi är glada över det stora intresset för att delta i kapitalanskaffningen, vilken ger oss möjlighet att ta Bolaget vidare genom nästa steg i utvecklingen mot IPO”, säger Mads Verner Jorgensen, CEO Lucky Games.

Lucky Games har beslutat att ansöka om listning av Bolagets aktie under Q1 2021. Processen kommer att genomföras i samarbete med Blasieholmen Investment Group. Blasieholmen investerar i tillväxtbolag och har genomfört över 20 börsnoteringar till ett värde av cirka 6 miljarder SEK.

Carl driver idag egen verksamhet inom bolagstransaktioner med fokus på försäljningar samt styrelsearbete och investeringar. Han har erfarenheter av ledarskapskonsulting samt projektledning och är civilekonom från universiteten i Lund och Stockholm.

LL Lucky Games AB (publ) utvecklar, producerar och marknadsför digitala spelautomater (slotmaskiner) till speloperatörer.
