Lady Luck Games designs and develops some of the best video slots for the market, and our growth journey has just started becoming the most popular and best-performing supplier for casino operators. We are now looking for a Game Mathematician to work on the math models for our games.
The company got founded in early 2019. With the perfect mix of creative forces, high-end technology skills, and solid business knowledge, we have built the foundation for future growth at our locations based in North of Copenhagen in Denmark, Stockholm in Sweden, Riga in Latvia, and Malta.
You will therefore be navigating in an international organization, and you will be engaging with colleagues across multiple teams and work on fast-paced projects balancing business needs and deadlines with accuracy, details, and analytical approaches. You will report to the CTO, located in Riga.

Your primary job duties will be:
• Developing math models of the games we make
• Creating simulations for the games and specific features
• Coming up with new feature ideas and game concepts
• Researching new game mechanics and making concept models as a basis for future games
• Work closely with the game production team to refine and balance the math
• Assist the game developers with proper implementation of the math models
To succeed in this role, you must have a good understanding of probability and statistics, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to go deep into the tiniest details of the model. You will be working closely with the whole game production team on achieving the common goals.
•Education in Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
•Good working knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, and statistics
•Proficiency with Excel for probability modeling
•Programming experience for statistical simulations
•Prior experience making math models for slot games, with a list of released games
•Commercial software development experience
